Description:
This waterfront home is located on Davis Islands. The homeowner requested an interior remodel to open up living space on the first floor. We also updated the second floor layout to create a large master suite with 3 guest bedrooms and two custom baths. A laundry room on the second floor was also added. A unique attic storage area was created along with updating the electrical, plumbing and mechanical components. The outside pool are received awning lighting, an outdoor sound system and complete exterior refresh.
